Covid-19 and Postal Strikes Shipping Update: 
Due to the global pandemic and current postal strikes, shipping times are likely to be affected. Orders are sent out every Tuesday. 
General Shipping Information

'Pre-Made' Items
Pre-Made products are already made when listed, meaning, they are ready to be packaged and shipped upon purchase. This makes the process a lot quicker for the customer, however, it means stock will be limited.

If you have placed an order that includes both pre-made and made-to-order products, all purchased items will be shipped out together once the last item has been made unless requested otherwise by the customer; this can be done by contacting us via email (erriesemporium@gmail.com).
Orders will usually ship out within 4-7 working days. Please allow more time during busier periods as I am only one person. All items are shipped from Rochester, England.
'Made-To-Order' Items
Made-To-Order products are yet to be made when listed - All made-to-order products will only be made upon purchase. Subsequently, these products can be more personalised. If you are interested in requesting changes to a made-to-order product, check the description on the product listing for further information, or feel free to contact us via email (erriesemporium@gmail.com). The process is a lot slower for the customer, however, stock will be limitless.

Orders will usually be shipped within 11-21 business days as they are made within 7-14 business days and then ship out within 4-7 business days. Please allow more time during busier periods as I am only one person.  All items are shipped from Rochester, England.

Tracking Numbers/Delivery Confirmation
All packages come with a tracking number sent out via Email. It is in the customers responsibility to check up on these Emails/Tracking Numbers.

Custom Fees
International orders may be held by the receiving country and might require the payment of customs fees. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs and will not be able to refund shipping/handling fees if your package is denied due to customs fee. By ordering from Errie's Emporium you agree to having read and understood these conditions.
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
After the Handling Process your order will be shipped out with Royal Mail. All items are shipped from Rochester, England.

Domestic Shipping
Domestic Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-10 business days but can take up to 2 weeks due to reasons that are out of our control.

International Shipping
International Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks, but may take all the way up to 3 months due to reasons that are out of our control such as delays at customs, busy periods, high delivery loads, issues with your local post office and other circumstances that are directly linked to the post office shipping process.

Delays
Errie's Emporium will not be held liable for shipping delays that are directly linked to the post offices shipping process.
